Android debug export

I’ve added an Android build. Please note that this is only a debug export, so Android will warn you about security issues. I’ve marked it as experimental for that reason.

Just to be clear, I have not made any modifications to the Linux, Windows and Mac builds as the jam is still running. Consider the android build a bonus or something.
