Tanks V1.0

Tanks V1.0 is now available! Being the first version of the game, it seems unnecessary to include a changelog in this devlog. I can, however, include my plans for possible future updates:

• One thing likely to be included in future updates are additional maps. Additionally, there might be some minor visual overhauls.
• The collision between both players still isn't checked. This will change in future versions.
• The terrain collision check routine should be improved to allow better diagonal driving.
